Matthew Strzynski is an attorney with an extensive litigation-based background. He practices in a wide-range of areas, including family law, with a focus on divorce, custody, child support, property division, paternity, guardianships, post-divorce modifications, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Matthew has also represented clients in criminal matters in Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hancock, Johnson, and Madison County.
He has been practicing for nearly two decades with first-chair trial and appellate experience. Matthew also represents clients in mediation when clients seek results outside of the courtroom. He provides guidance, zealous advocacy, and effective solutions to ensure his clients have obtained the best and most effective outcomes.
Matthew is a graduate of Indiana University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he finished Summa Cum Laude and was awarded the Commercial Law Academic Prize.
He is currently a Gubernatorial-appointed Board Member of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and has served as the Chairman of the Hamilton County, Indiana, Election Board.
In addition to his accomplished legal practice, Matthew is a proud coach for the Carmel Dads’ Club and his children’s Math Pentathlon teams.
Matthew attended Indiana University, where earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Latin and Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
